E-library may collect personal information from Users in order to provide the best service. We may use and disclose your information to our third party service providers to keep the payment environment secure and comfortable. You can access, control and correct all of your personal and subscription billing information through your account. You are free to update or delete your information at any time. Please, keep all of the information up to date so all processes, including billing ones, can operate efficiently and adequately.
The membership information is stored in a secure and highly protected CRM system. We do not store payment information. To help us protect your financial data, we will use a professional third party partner to offer SSL encryption and other measures. We adopt security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alterations, disclosure, and destruction of your personal information, password, username, transaction information and all other data stored on our Site.
If you wish to stop using our services and delete your personal information from our system, you will need to submit your account for cancelation. All of the personal information you provided to us will be erased from our system immediately. In case you want to remove just the billing subscription information, send an email to our customer service requesting the cancellation of your paid account. The cancelation will come into force the moment the customer service receives your email. There is a possibility that answer to your cancellation request might take up to 48 hours, due to IT and other technical delays.
To obtain an account on E-library, you must provide all the information needed to activate the account. After the registration form has completed, you will receive a welcome email from E-library with all the information regarding access and use of your account and the Service.
If you decide to continue service with E-library via a paid account, we will need to collect the following personal information from you: credit card number, credit card expiration date, and zip code. All of the data will be kept on file in our secure server in order to process your recurring invoices. If we are unable to process your subscription for a given month, this information, as well as your account information, may be used to contact you. Upon discontinuation of the service, credit card information will be permanently destroyed on our billing system.

5. Third Party Payment Processors
We employ third party payment partner to perform functions on our behalf. Those functions include SSL encryption of payment information and credit card processing, offering our users a secure and comfortable payment experience. Such third partner privacy policies conduct all use of your personal information.
